基礎字彙像go、say、good、very這類的字,
I will go to the store.
I will drive to the store.
I will walk to the store.
Drive/walk這兩個字比go更有細節,
Say,
She said that John should make
the presentation.
She insisted john should make
the presentation.(堅持)
Could you talk more about this plan?
Could you elaborate on this plan?
With a nod of his head he told me
where I should sit.
With a nod of his head he indicated
to me where I should sit.(指出)
He put forward a good suggestion.
He put forward a constructive
She attended a good business school
in France.
She attended a top-ranked business
school in France.(評價最高)
The rate of growth was good.
The rate of growth was unprecedented.
